Rainier Fruit Adds to Facility, Updates Logo

Selah, Wash-based Rainier Fruit Co. plans to have an additional 90,000-square-foot shipping bay and distribution facility on line by April, said Suzanne Wolter, marketing director.
Wolter said an additional 19 bays are being added, which will increase the company's total loading docks to 31.
"Many of our customers ask us to consolidate product to reduce the amount of pickups their trucks need to make," Wolter said. "This new facility will allow us to do that more efficiently."
The company also has gone green, Wolter said, not only with its facilities but with its logo. The company took its existing logo and changed the color to shades of green.
